A very versatile text editor, based on the traditional Vi from the Unix system.

All users of the Unix operating system or one of its derivatives, have used the Vi editor on more than one occasion. It is a rudimentary tool for basic text editing exclusively in these systems. Vim is an advanced editor based on the old Vi from Unix, widening the scope and improving many of the functions.
